We encourage you to complete the online registration and upload your referral letter before the appointment via this link

This will save a lot of time on the day of the appointment and avoid misplaced referral letters.

While you are welcome to see the specialists without a GP referral letter, you will not be able to claim a Medicare rebate for the visit. Please also remember to bring any results you have regarding your conditions including any hearing tests, blood tests and x-ray results. We prefer the actual results or CDs rather than reports if they are convenient to get. Any private health insurance details, DVA card and TAC claims are also useful to bring to your appointment.

We will send you an sms reminder 1-2 days before your appointment to ask you to confirm the appointment. We would appreciate if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to inform us as soon as possible so the appointment slot can be given to other patients.

Please arrive on time to your appointment and plan for up to 1hour for the appointment as there maybe other procedures needed during the consultation. It is common to require an endoscopic examination of the nose and throat where a camera is passed in through the nose to allow a more thorough assessment of the upper airway. Other procedures such as nasal cautery for nose bleeding or ear suctioning may also be required.
