It is Kim’s ability to translate scientific nutrition information into real world advice on what to eat that is core to her practical approach. Ongoing monitoring, evaluation and re-assessment of your nutritional needs via review appointments is an important part of evaluating progress and ensuring therapy is meeting your goals.
Kim values being part of a multidisciplinary team and believes in using the best available evidence to achieve successful outcomes for her clients. Outside of work, Kim is kept busy trying to keep up with her two young sons.
